This myth came during second war . British army claimed that their combat pilot had a excellent night-sight thanks to the consumptions of huge quantities of carrot. In fact, British aircraft had a radar on board, that made to detect the enemies faster and easier. The messages about the facility of carrots were spread everywhere by media. therefore the enemies won't knew about the new aircraft detecting technology. the parable became so popular and spread everywhere the planet . many of us still believes that eating carrot will improve their eyesight. Really, carrots improves the attention sight but not night-sight .
2. If you pull out a grey hair, 2 grey hair will grow back
If you pull out a gray hair, grey hair will replace it but just one grows, not two. Many cosmetologists says that, since the hair follicles remains, the hair will grow back as before.
3. You should rinse your teeth, after brushing the teeth
The reason you should not rinse your mouth after brushing the teeth is that the fluoride from the toothpaste to scrub away. Fluoride forms a films over your teeth and it helps to stay the teeth from decaying.
4. Don't cut the nail in the night
During those days, there's no electricity. Nights of these days were much darker than now. Cutting nails during night lets the nail pieces fall hither and thither making it difficult to gather and dispose them. Left over nail pieces aren't good for hygiene and cause some allergies when unknowingly mixed with food. Those days there have been no nail cutters, people used knives only to trim their nails. When knives are wont to cut the nail within the already dark , it's going to cause the danger of getting injuries and bleeding. Since the medical assistance is difficult to urge during already dark . So people discouraged the cutting nail in the dark time.
